Product Description:
The CFS-ll Capsule Cigarette Quality Test System is an automated filter rod sorting device used for automatically detecting the quality of the capsule filter rods and rejecting the defective products.It adopts the microwave measurement technology and high-speed and high-precision sensors to detect the quantity,position and damage of the capsule in the capsule filter rod,and can automatically reject defective samples according to preset parameters.The whole equipment is fully automated and performs high-speed detection and rejection,meeting the needs of on-line production and detection in factories. The system is mainly used for the full inspection before exiting the factory and the warehouse-in inspection after the production.

- 1.It achieves the high-speed data acquisition process at the nanosecond level based on Beckhoff's IPC control technology and the real-time Ethemet (EtherCAT)high-end technology.
- 2.It adopts the microwave measurement technology to detect the capsule in the capsule filter rod.

- 4.It tests the quality of each capsule filter rod and removes the defective capsule filter rod in real time.

Measurement principle:
With the hopper for discharging,the system delivers filter rods to the steady-speed wheel by the negative pressure suction belt, and the speed is stabilized by the steady-speed wheel,so that filter rods pass through the microwave at a constant speed for detection, and then into a drum for collection.
