Performance and Features
1. Machine vision is adopted to detect the glue line, which does not affect the passing of the forming paper or damage the glue line.
2. It can detect high and low-permeability forming paper.
3. It can detect the centerline glue (white latex) and lap glue (hot melt adhesive).
4. It can simultaneously calculate the width and continuity of the glue line.
5. It can dynamically display the glue line image, measured width and qualification judgment.
6. When the glue line becomes light and is short of glue intermittently, a light warning is given; In case of continuous glue shortage, a light fault signal is given in time, and a rejection signal of the shutdown port is given to the forming machine.
