The SFC-II Filter Rods Accurate Counting Information Labeling System is used to accurately count, mark and label the filter rods packed in boxes in assembly line mode. In addition to counting, the equipment can also trace the product quality by pasting labels.
Performance and Features
1. It applies to filter rods of different specifications and can be used in the production site or quality control room.
2. It allows manual loading, pipeline inspection and manual packing.
3. It adopts the image processing technology to automatically and accurately count and print the counting results, and a light alarm is given when exceeding the limit.
4. The labeling machine is configured to automatically print the self-adhesive labels of small boxes and large boxes, and the label includes sample information, counting results, two-dimensional code, etc. The label for the small box is automatically stuck on the side of the small box, and the label for the large box is manually stuck on the side of the large box.
5. The sample information can be read by scanning the two-dimensional code on the small box or the large box for tracing the samples.
