Yes. We manufacture to your specifications — outside diameter, inside diameter, thickness, tooth geometry, and coating are all customizable. Send us your drawing or sample for a quote. Custom manufacturing lead time is typically 15-30 days for first samples.
Q: What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ varies by product — as low as 10pcs for standard metal slitting rings, 100pcs for tobacco reclaiming blades. Contact us for your specific product and we'll provide an exact MOQ.
Q: Do you offer samples?
Yes, free samples are available for evaluation. Customer covers shipping cost. For custom designs, sample lead time is 15-30 days. Stocked standard items ship within 1 business day.

Warranty & Support
Q: What warranty do you offer?
All tungsten carbide blades are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. If a blade fails under normal use conditions, we replace it. For steel blades, warranty terms are product-specific — contact us for details.

Yes, we provide material certificates, dimensional drawings, and application guides. For large orders, we can include installation and maintenance documentation specific to your equipment.
